Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my purchase?

We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. You will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days. During the peak period, please expect to receive your package in 5-7 working days.

What happen if my order is out of stock?

Free Gift are limited and if the Free Gift is out-of-stock, we will not be shipping the Free Gift for the order.

If you have not placed the order and the product is out of stock, the system will prevent you from completing the order. You can remove the product from your cart and find a replacement from the shop or continue to checkout after removing the unavailable product.

What happens if my Free Gift is out of stock?

All Free Gifts are subject to availability on a ‘whilst stocks last’ basis. If the Free Gift is out of stock, we won’t be able to deliver the promise. 

What are the available delivery options?

FKMM supports standard delivery using J&T and other mainstream courier companies. However, Lalamove express delivery is only available to customers located in selected areas in Klang Valley.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is processed and shipped out from FKMM, you will receive an email with an order tracking number (EasyParcel). You can track your order via the EasyParcel system.

Alternatively, you can go to the Shipment Tracking page and enter the tracking code number to track your order.
