Reward Points

How do I apply for the Reward Point?

All registered accounts are entitled to earn the Reward Point.

Will I get an extra Reward Points on my first purchase?

Yes. Your first purchase will be rewarded with an extra 100 Reward Points. Reward Point will be credit to your account within 24 hours once the order status is completed. Order status completed can be define as when FKMM has shipped your orders.

How do I earn the Reward Point?

For basic members, every RM1 spent on your net product spending, you earn 5 Reward Points (RM1 = 5 Reward Points). Net Product Spending are calculated as the total amount spend excluded tax, shipping fee and any promotion or discounts. Please note that the Reward Point will be round off to a net value.

You can earn more Reward Point when your tier up as a Silver, Gold or Platinum member. You can fast-track your Reward Point accumulation according to your membership tier with:

Silver: 1.2x Points multiplier (RM1 = 6 Reward Points)
Gold: 1.6x Points multiplier (RM1 = 8 Reward Points)
Platinum: 2.0x Points multiplier (RM1 = 10 Reward Points)

How do I know my Reward Point has been successfully credit to my account?

Reward Point transactions statement is provided in your My Account page. All your Reward Point earned and redeemed can be view in the statement provided.

Reward Point will be credit to your account within 24 hours once the order status is completed. Order status completed can be define as when FKMM has shipped your orders.

Where to check my Balance Reward Point?

You may check your total Reward Points in your My Account page.

Can I earn points from promotional items?

Yes, you can earn points from promotional items, but the point earned will only be calculating from the final product values (after the discount). For example, if a product regular price is RM15 and discount given is RM5. This means that you will only earn the point from the final product value RM10 (RM15 – RM5), which is equivalent to 50 Reward Points.

In some occasion, there will be promotion campaign which reward members with 2x or 3x Reward Point. In that case, Reward Point will be given as displayed on the product page.

How to redeem my Reward Point?

There are only 4 steps away to redeem your Reward Points. Refer to the steps below:

You may see a “Redeem your Reward Points” column in your cart, during the checkout session. In the column, key in the Reward Points you wish to redeem.
