How can I return a product?
If you would like to return your product, you can check out the return policy to see if it is eligible for return.
If your product is eligible for a return, you may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or get in touch with our customer support via WhatsApp at +6012-536 7522. Our team will arrange the product replacement or refund with you accordingly.

Our customer support will get back to you during the working hours 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon – Fri (except Public Holidays in Selangor) and process your request as soon as possible.
How long does it take to deliver my product replacement?
We will ship your replacement product within the next 2-3 days once we receive the returned product. We will send you the parcel’s tracking number via your email, allowing you to track the shipment to your delivery address.
Will the shipping costs for my return parcel be covered by FKMM?
Under normal circumstances, the customer will bear the cost for the return parcel.
