I can't wait to shop! How do I pay?

That’s so exciting! When you order just click buy on the product you want to purchase and you’ll be
directed to our official Lazada marketplace. From there you can purchase the product and your payment
will be secure by Lazada escrow.

How do I know if my payment went through?

You will receive a notification through the Lazada app and an email confirming your payment!

Payment method accepted.

You can choose from these following payment methods:

  1. Lazada Wallet (All item)
    • Lazada Wallet has 3 key benefits including exclusive rebates, faster checkout & easier refund.
    • You can Top Up your Lazada Wallet via any 7-Eleven and 99 Speedmart and pay with Lazada Wallet
  2. Visa (All item)
    • Lazada accepts all Visa and MasterCard for both Credit and Debit which is 3D Secured ( Verified by Visa, and Master Card Secure)
    • Please note that additional charges may apply depending on your bank’s Credit/Debit card policy
  3. Online Banking (All item)
    • Lazada accepts Online Banking payment for Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Am Bank, RHB, and Bank Islam
  4. Maybank Installments (Selected item for Maybank Credit Card users only)
    • Installment payment is only available for Maybank Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard) with purchases valued at RM500 and above (6months installment) & RM 1000 ( 6 months/ 12 months installment)
  5. Touch ‘n Go eWallet (All item)
    • Pay with your Touch ‘n Go eWallet on Lazada
  6. Cash at 7-Eleven (Selected Item)
    • Using this payment method during checkout will require you to complete the order payment at any 7-Eleven Malaysia store within 48 hours, or your order will expire

I'm so excited to get my orders. How do I track them?

Thankfully Lazada has made tracking your order very easy! On your Lazada App, go to your account and
under the My Orders tab, click on ‘To Ship’ or ‘To Receive’

When can I expect delivery?

Here’s when you can expect your order:
The arrival of your order will depend on your location! Some areas in Malaysia and outlying areas
outside Klang Valley may take slightly longer. Be mindful that it will usually take 3-5 days to process your
order & send to the courier for shipping. It could take 2 days to 7 days to reach your place in Malaysia.
Given the circumstances, International can take longer. You may check the status of your order on the
Lazada App.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Through Lazada (which is available in South East Asia) we will be able to deliver worldwide.
If you’re an international distributor, please contact us for more information.

What is your return policy?

There are several types of return policy in Lazada. Before returning an item, please check on the Lazada
App if you are still within the return validity period.

What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you’ve received a damaged item, kindly open a return request through the Lazada App and follow
guidelines of Lazada’s Return Policy.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Contact us on Lazada & request for a replacement by opening a request for replacement through the
Lazada App.

When do you restock sold out items?

We apologize if the item you are looking for is currently out-of-stock! There are instances that products
may be discontinued, if you would like to know more about a certain product or looking for distribution
partnership, please do not hesitate to contact us!
