What is Referral Program?
Refer your friend to join FKMM. Get more Reward Points when your friend registers an account on FKMM by using your referral link! If they sign up for an account with your referral link, they will instantly earn 30 Reward Points.
How do I earn the reward points from referrals?
Your friend must use your referral link to register an account in order for the system to tie both of your accounts. So, whenever your friend is shopping, you earn Reward Points! Create a link in your My Account & share it with your family & friends.
How do I find my referral code?
You can find your referral code by:
- Logging in to the FKMM website.
- Click My Account at the top of the right sidebar
- Scroll down and look at the My Referral Link section.
Your referral code will be listed.
How to refer a friend?
To refer a friend, follow these steps:
What benefits I can enjoy from the referral program?
You earned Reward Points when your friend is shopping! Reward Point will be credited to your account within 24 hours once your friend’s order status is completed. Order status-completed can be defined as when FKMM has shipped the orders.

How do I check my Reward Points received from referrals?
You can check the history of your referrals at any time. Clicking on My account > Referral Table to check the friends who have registered using your referral links and the total reward points gained from their purchases.
Who can I share my referral link with?
You can share your referral link with any friend who hasn’t joined up yet, but a referral will only be effective if they sign up using your link.
Can I refer someone who has used FKMM before?
No, you can’t. If someone has registered on the FKMM website, you cannot refer them. The referrals program only works with the new sign-up customers.
How does the person I referred use my referral code?
Share the link with your friends & families. And if they registered the account using your links, their account will be tied to yours. You can start earning points whenever they purchased on FKMM.
When will my referral reward be applied to my account?
Your reward will be applied to your account once your friends or families complete the purchase (the product has been delivered successfully). Your points will be credited to your account within 24 hours once their order status has turned ‘Completed’.
Do referral link expire?
Your personal referral code will not be expired, you can send it to anyone at any time. Whenever someone clicks on the link their browser will save the cookies for 14 days. If they create an account within 14 days using the same browser (with the cookies), their account will be tied to yours.
Please note that they may clear their cookies or use a different browser where the cookies are not saved in. In this case, the account will not be tied to use. Therefore, encourage your friends and families to register an account directly using your code.
